The convenience of the internet has made us less and less willing to disclose all of our lives, as we update our social platforms less and less, change our accounts constantly, and have our friends visible for only three days. Being told that people who have been disconnected for a long time are still finding ways to rape my life on the internet, while people couldn’t understand their behaviour, it started to think about the underlying motivation - is the internet like a huge web enveloping us or is it a spider-like group spitting out silk and weaving a web to catch its prey with precision? 

Wrapped in a digital footprint where images, words, traces of everything are preserved and infinitely magnified, the contemporary no longer has the power not to be found, but also to be swallowed up by the web. It feel absurd and unable to breathe as it was wrapped tightly in this invisible but omnipresent slime, entangled in this cobweb with no end in sight. So far, it would like to use sound as a vehicle for the visualisation of the project. 

Everywhere we go, we leave behind sound, which is invisible yet ever present. When sound traces are visualised, the viewer can become more immersed in the traces that are always there, hidden and difficult to detect. We are amazed to find that every sliver of that viscous web traces our footprints, and that even our liminal areas are locked in a deadlock with no escape.
